16UNDERGRADUATEFaculty ofHealth and NutritionWith its holistic approach to food, courses focus on five development areas: communi-cation, specialized knowledge and tech-niques, team-based medicine, excellent nutritional advice, and revitalization of local communities through food- based activities. Other aspects of this holistic approach include mastering cooking skills and two weeks of training overseas to expand student’s views on nutrition management.Faculty of Sport ScienceThe newly opened Faculty of Sport Science is committed to educating talented students who can contribute to society through sports. The curriculum focuses on two areas, Competitive Sports and Life-time Sports, and is rooted in the school’s tradition in collegiate sports. The Institute provides a top-level learning environment. Faculty members include coaches of Olympic medalists, while international-level sports facilities are located on and near the campus.
