(3) Maximum Enrollment Period The Maximum Enrollment Period is the maximum period a student can be enrolled at the University, which is designated as 8 years by the University Policies and Regulations. (4) Graduation dates March 15 or August 31 (5) Student ID number The student ID number is a seven-digit number that appears on the student ID card. This number is assigned to each student upon enrollment and is used to manage all information during a student's enrollment. 24 Year of Admission (6) Student ID card Students are required to always carry their student ID card with them, as it serves as identification to prove that they are a student at the University. It is required to be presented at final exams, when requesting or receiving various certificates, when using the library, and when requested by a member of the University's faculty or staff. Unauthorized use or lending of the card to others is prohibited. If a student's student ID card is lost or defaced, the student must pay a fee of 1,000 JPY at the Campus Information Desk to have it reissued. Students must return their student ID card to the iCLA Administrative Office when leaving the University due to graduation, Withdrawal, or Dismissal. If a student continues enrollment after the ID’s 4-year validity period due to graduation deferment etc., they can obtain a re-issued ID at the Campus Information Desk (no fee required). 1.
